Mazda RX7 FD3s 3 or 4 air cond not working

That's normal if your FD3s's air conditional (the 3rd and 4th not cold air blowing out) equiped with APEXi PowerFC, you just need an extra relay for the car with extra wiring. Make sure the mechanic know how FD3s air cond work.
