RE Amemiya D1GP Drift Car wannabe in Sunway, Malaysia

That's not a new news as I knew it 1 months ago, this FD owner is RE-Amemiya super fan, especially in D1GP Japan Series. He paid almost RM200,000 to modify the stock year 1992 FD3S to full RE-Amemiya bodykit, RE rebuilted Rotary Engine, 100% RE-Amemiya racing part.

Here some old photos my friend sent it to me. Yesterday I went there to see it with my own eye. I m falling in love with this car...

This bonnet cost RM7000 (according to the tuner, is wet cf)

The Spoiler also RM7000

See, it look like the picture below! That's D1GP Japan series Drift Car which tuned by RE-Amemiya.

Nissan GTR 2008 crashed!?

That's everyone dream to drive a new Nissan GTR.
How beautiful of the car. How good if I ever got a chance to drive it once in my life.

But you see how he crashed it!

Kuala Lumpur Flooded!

I knew it going to have heavy rain, so I m decided to leave office 25 mins early.
I manage to leave office before rain (yeah!), but still I did not notice actually the nightmare is waiting for me! Damn! Kuala Lumpur’s road flooded by water! Here the photos

Nissan Skyline GTT --> Nissan Skyline GTR wannabe

Today I sent my car to adjust the exhaust system, and then I spotted this yellow Nissan Skyline GTR wannabe, with GTR RB26DETT engine, cool sticker and nice GTR bodykit. Check it out.

Exhaust System replaced!

I went to replace Exhaust System and malfunction of Clutch Sensor for my FD3S. Here the photos for exhaust system.

Exhaust reached!

I m been waiting for 2 months, it reached my place from Japan finally. This is not upgrading my exhaust but downgrading it, reason being the current exhaust system in my car is too NOISY (the whole street can hear when I m start the engine).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Yap, one of my buddies who also crazy for Mazda RX-7 FD3S, this is the present he gave me! ありがとう ございます (Thank You)

No regret to remap the ECU!

Yeah, just test drive my car in average 80km/h, very smooth. Very happy now! Hope everything goes fine! This wednesday and saturday night will go for FD owner meet up again! I hope I will take more photos. Stay tune!

Engine's idling work fine!

You will have the same feeling to test the car idling after re-tune the car, I m afraid I will disappoint yet I m very excite to try it out. Once I m start the engine, RPM climbed to 2000rpm then slowly drop to 1000rpm, I m afraid it will drop again BUT it climbed back to 1300rpm! The engine just do not cut down, YES! That's worth to pay the price to remap the whole ECU setting.
I still yet to have chance to try out the car on the road as I m busy with online game. I will post up the result once I m test drive my car this few days.
I hope next week I will take some photos of our cars during our supper session.

Dyno

I sent my car to tune the ECU today, finally the idling work fine just that the clutch sensor malfunctioned. I will send to fix coming 2 weeks time. Well, according to the tuner, my car previously has 380 horse powers, but now the tuner to reduce it to 300 horse power for road drivability as per my request.

I can control the car easily as compare last time I purchased the car.

Cruising #1

3 Mazda RX-7 FD3S gathered in Esso Petrol Station, we went for a supper and have a short drift session over there. Too bad we did not take any photos of the car. I hope next week we can take more photos when we meet again for supper.
